About Us

Throughout his 26 year career in the building and construction industry John
Gromkoski has been associated with the development of over 1,500 residential
homes comprising more than 2 million square feet and tens of thousands of square
feet of commercial space.

His career and passion for the construction industry began in an elite Civil
Engineering Unit in the United States Air Force as a Concrete and Pavements
Specialist and Heavy Equipment Operating Engineer. After his time in the armed
services he continued a successful career in the private sector as a Construction
Superintendent, Project Manager, Builder and Home Inspector.

His profound knowledge of building practices and techniques give you the comfort
of knowing that your home will be inspected by a true home professional that you
can rely on.

A member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) he is
obliged to adhere to the industry's highest Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
